By accessing or using PolyPredictor.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Not Financial Advice

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: PolyPredictor.ai is a mathematical simulation and probabilistic modeling engine. We do not provide licensed financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All outputs, percentages, probabilities, and Expected Value (EV) calculations generated by the ensemble model are for educational and informational purposes only.

You assume full responsibility for any trades, wagers, or investments you make based on data provided by our software. Markets are inherently unpredictable, and historical simulations do not guarantee future performance.

3. Service Uptime and API Usage

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, PolyPredictor.ai relies on multiple external oracle data feeds and third-party LLM inference APIs. We are not liable for downtime, rate limiting, or data lags caused by upstream providers.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PolyPredictor.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
